Inspiration from film black water gospel

This is an animation called the black water gospel. I found it very enjoyable to watch as the colours are just amazing as at the start they are very light,yet still give off a spooky feel.The characters have a very unique look that i have never seen before. Even though i found this very interesting my task in this project is to stick to creating the buildings in our animation.I looked at the buildings from this animation and fell in love with the way they are styled with great colour and to top it off in some shots they are just drawn in 2d but in others they are 3d.(gives off a great look)I want my colour scheme to be similar to this so i think i will add cartoon shading to our one to try to get a similar effect.We are thinking of adding a grim reaper in our animation just like this one but we want to make the film less sinister so we will have to think up an idea on how to do this. In conclusion this animation is a great animation and I highly recommend watching it.
